i386 folder in the c: of the windows 2003 server

hi, weve got a simple windows 2003 server, with a raid 5, set to 2 drives c: & d:, c: has 15gb, and has 13 gb used up, we keep the data on d:

i see theres an i386 folder in the c:\ drive, can i move this at all?
